2. What's the difference between Original and Smoked Chilli Crunch? Our Original Chilli Crunch is our classic recipe — bold, garlicky, and perfectly balanced. The Smoked Chilli Crunch adds a deep, smoky flavour for those who love a rich, earthy taste. Our Spicy Chilli Crunch is our classic recipe with more of a heat kick.
3. How spicy is each variety? The Original is mild-to-medium heat, great for everyday use. The Smoked sits at a medium heat with added depth. The Spicy is high heat great for those that ejoy a bit of a sting.
4. Can you make it spicier? Yes! We are able to cater to much spicier tastes upon request. Please note that the processing times can take up to 5 days for custom orders.
4. What are the ingredients? Are there any allergens? Our Chilli Crunch is made with natural ingredients including chillies, oil, garlic, and spices. Please check the label of each product for the full ingredient list and allergen information, as formulations may vary between variants.
5. How should I store my Chilli Crunch? Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 8 weeks for best flavour. Always use a clean, dry spoon to avoid contamination.
6. What is the shelf life of Dilly Chilli products? Our Chilli Crunch has a shelf life of 3 months from the date of manufacture.
7. How do I use Chilli Crunch? The possibilities are endless! Use it on eggs, pizza, pasta, noodles, grilled meats, cheese boards, or straight from the jar. It works as a condiment, marinade, or finishing oil.
8. Do you ship across South Africa? Yes! We ship nationwide across South Africa. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
9. Do you ship internationally? No. We currently only ship within South Africa. Please check our shipping policy at checkout or contact us for more information about international orders.
10. What is your return/refund policy? Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
